Silent Auction Donation Form

SATURDAY, APRIL 23RD
4:00-6:30 PM
@ WOODBROOK ELEMENTARY

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

In the last three years, the Fun Fair and Silent Auction combo made an average of $5000-$6000.
The auction bringing in between $2700-$3500 range and the game tickets, raffle tickets and concessions brought in the rest.

The money raised from these combined events funds 2 field trip opportunities per grade level, at reduced or no rate per student.  It also provides 2 assemblies per year.  Each grade level is able to receive $500 and the school is able to spend $2000 on high quality assemblies like live theater productions that many of the children would never have an opportunity otherwise to see.  This year, we are also hoping to include funding around $1000 for the MakerRoom and an opportunity to have mixed age learning and real life creation of playground objects, in a mixed project with Albemarle High School’s MESA program.

All that said, without this funding, we are at a risk of losing many, if not all of these possibilities.  It is the reality that we live in, that there is no additional funding from the government and we, should we want these experiences for our children, must help to bring the funding in.

PLEDGE A DONATION to the Woodbrook PTO as soon as possible,
